Located at the very tip of the Leelanau Peninsula, the Grand Traverse Lighthouse provides for safe travel in what, at times, can be some very turbulent waters. Looking southwest from the lighthouse, the lovely waters of Cathead Bay greet visitors with a stunning display of light and texture as the sun sets.
